Our stay was enjoyable with the beautiful beach just a short stroll away and the charming local eateries nearby where we could unwind after a day of walking around, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The rooms are large and clean

The whole building is nice, at least on the outside, although not everywhere, I am talking about the Junior Suite where I booked. Good food and desserts. Good atmosphere. Good staff, attentive, polite, courteous, and if I keep going I won't finish.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a Junior Suite which turned out to be less than a normal room, with small beds, while the normal one in the other reservation was big beds, a good air that cooled down well, while the one in the Junior Suite was only fresh even though I put it at 16 degrees, and how is it possible that a supposed Junior Suite was next to a soda fountain and so on. It didn't really seem like a Junior Suite to me. If there was a room rating I would give it a zero, if it was by numbers. And I forgot, even if it's a small thing, I made a coffee in the morning to take back because I went out to the beach, and when I came back, they had emptied my coffee, and I didn't go with my two companions because they went out with me.

The breakfast was fantastic with so many options. We enjoyed easy reservations at nearby restaurants and great service from the staff.

The atmosphere was very nice. The audience very international.

The hotel offer is very limited.

Staff around the facilities were great. Design of the resort and pools are beautiful.

Great stay yet the food lacked something to be desired. I was waiting to be Checked in for over an hour.

Great hotel with beach access, a cozy pool, and great dining options. The staff provided excellent travel tips during my first visit. Try the Octopus restaurant for a quieter atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

Service in buffet restaurant could be better

Everyone was nice and they made you feel comfortable. The food was delicious and the service was great. Entertainment was fun and it was very clean.

With great beach access and clean pools, the experience started positively. I particularly enjoyed the delicious seafood options and excellent breakfast variety. Room cleanliness could be improved, and the initial room allocation was not satisfactory. Though the dining experience was enjoyable, I encountered some delays with the room service.

The service was excellent and the food was good. Booked a room with spectacular views of the beach. The breakfast at a bar was well prepared and large with coffee and tea...

Love the vibe, the community feel. The different age groups. The entertainments! The activities. Btw, Bonjovie was the best at leading the water aerobic class in the ocean. Love it!!! More of that!!! We had a amazing time. Will be back with our family one day. Keep up the good works!!!!

the pool was more for kids. But ok. We are here for the ocean so it did not bother me much. Overall. No complaints at all. Maybe the customer who smokes should stay in the same building.
